  • Excellent Development skills and verbal, written, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and fluctuating operational workload.
  • 5 to 8 years technical experience with Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite (OIC,B2B, BPM, BPEL, ESB, OSB).
  • Experience with server performance tuning, including analysis of thread/core dumps, JVM heap size, load balancing, disaster recovery and clustering.
  • Experience with application performance, monitoring, and alerting tools such as Nagios, SiteScope
  • 3+ years of good programming experience using OIC, SOA (11g &12C), REST API, ADF, Spring, SOA/BPM,
  • Competency automating routine WebLogic admin tasks using scripting languages like WLST, Python, Perl, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong knowledge in working with Web services and API technologies (REST, XML/JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XSD/XSLT), including domain microservices.
  • 2 to 3 years of solid understanding of cloud integration architecture, including implementation experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud will be plus.
  • Programming competency using SQL and PL/SQL in tuning and optimizing complex database queries.
  • Ability to provide exceptional service and quality to external customers and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Proven expertise in major incident management, based on ITIL principles and practices.
  • Exposure and familiarity with Agile development and project methodology process
