Learning Facilitator

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learner Facilitator with expertise in computer teaching, KYP (Kushal Yuva Program), and IT skills training. The ideal candidate should be able to engage learners effectively, deliver high-quality training, and support skill development in digital literacy and IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive computer training sessions for students.
• Deliver IT skill-based training, including Kushal Yuva Program (KYP) and other digital literacy courses.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Provide hands-on practice and guidance to learners in various IT applications and tools.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
• Assist in organizing practical assessments and certification processes.
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends and incorporate them into the learning modules.
• Support learners in troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in computer teaching.
• Hands-on experience in delivering KYP and IT skill training.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet Applications, Digital Literacy, and Basic Programming.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital tools.
• Ability to motivate and mentor learners.
• Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month
