Role Overview

We are seeking a
Full Stack Software Engineer

to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop and maintain modular,
microservices

-based applications on the Microsoft stack, with a modern
Angular

front-end and
Azure

-powered infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Development
  • Implement and maintain modular applications using
    .NET Framework
    &
    .NET Core
    .

  • Design and build
    RESTful Web APIs
    and
    microservices
    , ensuring high cohesion and low coupling.

  • Front-End Engineering

  • Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces with
    Angular (v14+)
    , following best practices in state management and component design.

  • Data & Messaging

  • Design, tune and maintain
    MS SQL Server
    databases: schema design, indexing, query optimization.
  • Implement reliable messaging patterns using
    Azure
    Service Bus for event-driven communication.

  • Develop and schedule data-ingestion jobs (e.g., Azure Functions, Web Jobs, or Scheduler services).

  • Cloud & DevOps

  • Deploy and manage services in
    Azure Cloud Services
    (App Service, Functions, Service Bus).

  • Collaborate on
    CI/CD pipelines
    (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar) and infrastructure as code.

  • Quality & Collaboration

  • Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests; participate in peer code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers; share knowledge through documentation and brown-bag sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience:
    4/5/6 years in software development with
    .NET Framework
    &
    .NET Core

  • Back-End:

  • Expert in
    C#, ASP.NET Web API, microservices architecture

  • Strong hands-on
    MS SQL Server
    skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)

  • Front-End:

  • Proficient in
    Angular
    (components, services, RxJS, routing)

  • Cloud:

  • Proven experience with
    Microsoft Azure
    (App Services, Service Bus, Functions, Scheduler)

  • Architecture:

  • Deep understanding of
    modular application design
    ,
    SOLID principles
    and common
    design patterns

  • Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with
    CI/CD
    tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines)
  • Knowledge of message-based integration patterns (pub/sub, message batching, dead-lettering)
  • Prior involvement in insurance or healthcare technology domains will be a plus
