The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising all employees and activities within the fabrication department to ensure efficient production that consistently meets safety, quality, and production standards while adhering to budget and schedule requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree, vocational certificate, or apprenticeship in Welding, Fabrication, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 0-5 years of hands-on experience in a fabrication, welding, or heavy manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of various fabrication processes (e.g., cutting, bending, forming, machining) and welding techniques .
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and motivational skills with a proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
