Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of solar panels, wiring, and electrical components.
  • Support senior technicians during site preparation, mounting, and system connection.
  • Ensure safe and proper electrical work according to company standards.
  • Maintain good communication with customers during installation and service visits.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of electrical work (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical tasks.
  • Willingness to learn solar installation processes (training provided).
  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical preferred but not mandatory.
