Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (React, , Cloud)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the design and development of scalable, cloud-based web applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in React, , and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You will guide a small team, set coding standards, and make key architectural decisions to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full software development lifecycle—from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance.

Design and implement front-end interfaces using React and server-side logic with

Architect and manage scalable solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Mentor and coach developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features on time.

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring systems.

Ensure security, performance, and reliability of all applications.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, performance optimization).

Expertise in , Express, and RESTful API development.

Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with GraphQL.

Prior experience leading or managing a development team.
