Job Description:


• Lead the
migration of microservices
and infrastructure from Tanzu/PCF/TKGI to
Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
.


• Design, deploy, and manage
scalable, secure GKE clusters
with best practices in pod security, networking, and resource optimization.


• Refactor applications for
cloud-native performance
and reliability.


• Implement and manage
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using
Terraform
to provision GCP resources.


• Build and optimize
CI/CD pipelines
(Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI) for containerized applications.


• Configure
monitoring, logging, and alerting
using
GCP Operations Suite
(Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Trace).


• Create
technical documentation
, migration playbooks, and provide
knowledge transfer
to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in

, microservices architecture, and Docker containerization

Hands-on experience with
GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)
and
Kubernetes operations

Experience with
Terraform
and
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Proficiency in
GCP services
– GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud IAM, Cloud SQL/Firestore, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Cloud Monitoring/Logging

Solid understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
(Cloud Build / Jenkins / GitLab CI)

Familiarity with
Git
, branching strategies, and
shell scripting (Bash)

Knowledge of
REST APIs
and
cloud networking concepts
