As a(n) Senior Analytics Data Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading … Creating healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers
• Implementing …Enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions.
• Determining …the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
• Supporting …Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.
• Willingness to be on-call (interest question)

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND a minimum of (5) years of experience in Software Development
• High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of (9) years of experience in Software Development
• (3+) years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, with hands-on experience in designing or supporting data pipelines
• (3+) years Software Development in the Cloud
• Strong communicator, possessing interpersonal skills and judgment in order to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• (3+) years Data Product Development Experience

• (3+) years Data Engineering Experience

• (3+) years working in an agile development environment

• Healthcare data analysis: FHIR, HL7/ X12 Claims and Clinical Data
• (1+) years Amazon Quicksight Development for Enterprise solutions
• (2+) years of cloud-based development, particularly within the AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, or Athena). Skills include… Product planning, requirements gathering, documenting voice of customer,
• strong teamwork
