Role Overview: We're looking for a bold and inventive

Chief Growth & Viral Officer

to drive user acquisition through

organic virality, product-led loops, creative content, and community engagement . You'll work cross-functionally with

Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams

to architect and execute growth strategies that reach users where they already are—social media, messaging apps, and inside the product experience. Your mission: Make InstaService spread across

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora , and more—by design.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Organic Virality Launch viral campaigns and experiments (reels, shorts, meme drops, testimonials, contests) across major platforms. Leverage cultural moments and trends to connect with new audiences. Seed conversations in online communities, local groups, and platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Facebook.

Build Growth Loops Work with

Product and Engineering

to implement viral features: Referral gamification, "gift a free service" links, post-job share prompts, leaderboard incentives, etc. Collaborate with

Marketing

to align campaigns with built-in shareability and reward mechanics.

Content, UGC & Influencer Growth Partner with the Influencer and Creative teams to build scroll-stopping, viral-friendly content across Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. Enable UGC that inspires sharing and reinforces trust. Launch ambassador-style programs in colleges, housing societies, and communities.

Experimentation & Performance Tracking Define and track KPIs: viral coefficient, invite-to-install rate, referral conversions, share rate, and engagement growth. Continuously A/B test content, feature enhancements, and campaign approaches. Learn fast, scale what works.

What You Bring: 5 years in growth, product marketing, or content-led user acquisition Deep understanding of virality mechanics, social platforms, and behavioral triggers Hands-on experience with both
