About The Team
The UX Department at Syncron is a global team dedicated to creating intuitive, consistent, and impactful experiences across our product portfolio. Within this structure, our
Product UX
designers work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define the user experience for specific product areas, while collaborating with
Core Design

About The Role
We are seeking a
Senior
UX Specialist
to take full ownership of the user experience for one of Syncron's core products. You will play a dual role — both
strategic and hands-on
— shaping UX direction, aligning with stakeholders, conducting user research, and crafting detailed, high-quality designs.

While you'll be the dedicated UX lead for your product, you'll have strong support from Syncron's
central UX Researcher
,
Content UX
, and
Core Design
teams to ensure your work is user-centered, consistent, and aligned with our global design system.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy, enjoys tackling complexity, and wants to have a lasting impact on a key part of Syncron's product ecosystem.

What would you do?

  • Act as the end-to-end UX owner for your product — from shaping UX strategy to delivering detailed, high-quality designs.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure product direction is rooted in both business needs and user value.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution: create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups, while also guiding long-term UX direction.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing, independently and with support from our central UX Researcher.
  • Collaborate with the Content UX team to ensure language, onboarding, and guidance are consistent and user-friendly.
  • Work closely with the Core Design team, who own and evolve our design system, to ensure alignment with global standards — and contribute back with product-specific insights.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, intuitive solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Build deep expertise in your product's domain, becoming a trusted advocate for users in planning and decision-making conversations.
  • Contribute to global UX initiatives by sharing learnings, championing best practices, and raising the bar for UX at Syncron.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues informally (designers, product managers, engineers), helping grow UX awareness and capability across the organization.

Who you are? / What we expect:

  • 8+ years of UX experience, including hands-on design and research for complex enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of UX for a product — from early discovery and concept work through to polished designs and delivery.
  • Strong skills in both strategic thinking and detailed execution — comfortable switching between stakeholder alignment and pixel-perfect mockups.
  • Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
  • Experience conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, concept validation) and integrating findings into the product development process.
  • Experience collaborating with specialist UX functions (research, content, design systems) to ensure your product benefits from shared expertise while contributing back to common assets.
  • Ability to thrive in an "army of one" role — self-driven, pragmatic, and able to prioritize effectively in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence to represent UX in conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and resilience in navigating complex problem spaces, always keeping the end-user in focus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic impact and craft excellence.
  • Great command of English (we work daily with multinational teams, users, and customers).

The icing on the cake:

  • Familiarity with designing for data-heavy interfaces or configurable workflows.
  • Proven ability to drive UX strategy in cross-functional teams.
