Sr Executive/ AM Packaging:
We are seeking a passionate Packaging Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Andheri East, Mumbai, India. In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions for all our product categories

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of new packaging solutions for all Pilgrim products across Skincare, Haircare, Fragrances, and Makeup.
  • Help conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify packaging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Design, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure packaging aligns with brand identity and product functionality.
  • Liaise with packaging vendors to help ensure timely delivery and high-quality production.
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating sustainable packaging materials and solutions.
  • Support compliance with all relevant packaging regulations and industry standards.
  • Help manage packaging budgets and optimize costs.
  • Stay updated on the latest packaging technologies and trends.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Beauty and Personal Care industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing packaging solutions.
  • A strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and finishing techniques.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Packaging Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Graduates from the Indian Institute of Packaging (Class of 2020 or before) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of consumer trends are a plus.
