IBS Support Senior SpecialistSummary of the Role

We are looking for an experienced IBS Support Senior Specialist to guide and coordinate support operations across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning & Reporting), SAP SLT, and SAP IQ. You'll help maintain reliable analytics systems, resolve issues, and collaborate with global teams to improve processes.

In This Role You'll

  • Coordinate Level 1 and Level 2 support for data ingestion, engineering, and analytics platforms.

  • Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation and operational processes.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to resolve issues.

  • Support SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud workflows, ensuring data accuracy and performance.

  • Encourage continuous improvement and implement automation to simplify operations.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 5–10 years of experience in SAP Analytics support or development.

  • Solid experience with SAP BW/4HANA modeling and SAP Analytics Cloud planning and reporting.

  • Familiarity with SLT replication and SAP IQ data management.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with global teams and vendors.
