Job Summary:
As a BDM you will be responsible for driving sales growth & achieving revenue targets within a specified geographic region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building, & maintaining strong relationships with key clients, & effectively positioning our company's products & services in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, & customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 + years of experience as a BDM , providing structured cabling solutions communication solutions
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Ability to identify market opportunities & develop strategic relationships.
- Strong capability to hunt for new accounts & position client as a brand for passive networking.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Passive Networking Solutions: Position client as a leading brand in structured cabling & passive networking solutions.
- New Business Development: Identify, qualify, & pursue new sales opportunities by hunting for new accounts & expanding existing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build & maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, MEP consultants, & turnkey contractors.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet & exceed monthly sales targets by generating leads, managing the RFP process, & closing deals effectively.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic relationships with potential customers, partners, & end customers to grow market share.
- Industry Engagement: Stay connected with industry trends & recognize opportunities for new projects & revenue streams.
- Solution Proposals: Work closely with the pre-design team to understand customer requirements & propose customized solutions.
- Networking: Establish relationships at all organizational levels to drive business growth.
- Revenue Opportunities: Create new revenue opportunities by selling structured cabling passive solutions to new & existing clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, & market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Communication & Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations & communicate effectively with stakeholders to secure business
