Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for Manager BTL Marketing located in Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Sonipat (One open position for each location). BTL Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing Below-the-Line marketing activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Develop and implement BTL activities such as school/college outreach programs, exhibitions and direct marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include developing promotional strategies, managing events, overseeing logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Drive student or consumer acquisition through face to face engagement activities and ensure quality data capture. Organize and participate in educational fairs and seminars. Design and execute outreach programs across schools and colleges to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing feedback, and reporting on results.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in planning and executing BTL marketing activities, promotional strategies, and event management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong connections in schools and colleges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior especially students and parents.
  • Comfortable with travel and on ground field work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions.
