OCM (Change Consultant) offshore role For S/4HANA Greenfield Implement

- Lead the change management strategy and execution for the S4 HANA greenfield implementation program
- Develop and own OCM roadmap covering stakeholder engagement communications training and adoption plan
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify people process and technology impacts across business unit and geography
- Define and execute stakeholder management and communication strategy to ensure alignment and buyin al all levels from Clevel to end user
- Design and oversee the train the trainer approach ensuring knowledge transfer and capability across customer teams
- Partner with PMO delivery head and business leads to embed change readiness activities
- Strong exposure to Greenfield implementation with global delivery offshore model experience
- Prior experience in change management OCM roles in a larger scale IT transformation program
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and escalation handling skills
- Industry experience in PharmaMedical devices or regulated industries preferred
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP environments
- Proven experience in at least two fullcycle SAP implementations preferably S4HANA Greenfield projects
- Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP Activate methodology certification is highly desirable
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic project environment
- Experience with RISE with SAP framework is a plus
