Job Description

  • Act as the Chapter Lead for several squads, managing the priorities and engineering excellence of the squad.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of the Digital Asset Management platform on AWS Cloud.
  • Oversee the creation of solutions for Tokenization and Crypto products from both a technical and strategic perspective.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards
  • Promote the development of new features, scalability, and operational improvements across the platform.

Desired Profile

  • 14+ Years of industry experience in the software engineering or asset management space, with a proven track record in leading teams, delivering complex projects, and managing large-scale systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience in building and managing applications, particularly with Java/J2EE, and experience in working with both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proficiency in designing and deploying applications on AWS Cloud
  • Experience in blockchain-related technologies, especially with Tokenization and Crypto products.
  • Knowledge of how blockchain interacts with traditional financial systems
