Job Title: SAP ISU Consultants

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

  1. SAP ISU FICA

  2. Should be well versed with Netmetering concepts of utilities

  3. Senior FICA consultant with hands on experience in configuration and functional designing
  4. Experience in implementation, integration, and support
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, end users and internal project teams
  6. Should have good overall SAP FICA skills and knowledge on integration with Billing and Device management
  7. Should be able to drive business requirement sessions, develop configurations, test scenarios, conduct trainings, perform testing, and provide defect management support
  8. Understanding of ISU processes and other integration experiences
  9. Skilled in interacting with business users and process owners

2. SAP ISU Device Management

  • Device Procurement:

  • Research and recommend suitable devices based on organizational needs and budget constraints.

  • Coordinate device purchases and manage vendor relationships.

  • Ensure timely delivery and proper receipt of devices.

  • Device Deployment:

  • Develop and implement standardized device deployment procedures.

  • Configure devices with necessary settings and applications.

  • Distribute devices to end-users and provide initial training.

  • Device Management:

  • Monitor device performance and identify potential issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve device-related problems.
  • Apply software updates and security patches.

  • Manage device inventory and asset tracking.

  • Device Retirement:

  • Develop and implement a secure device retirement process.

  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

3. ISU Billing

  1. Experience in SAP ISU solution with expertise in Billing and integrated modules.
  2. 6+ years of relevant experience and extensively worked implementation and customization of ISU Billing solutions.
  3. Should be well versed with Netmetering concepts of utilities.
  4. Should be very comfortable with the functionalities and configurations of ISU Billing and Invoicing modules.
  5. Should be able to analyse and understand the requirements provided.
  6. Should be able to identify and point out what can be achieved through standard and what requirements need custom developments.
  7. Should be able co-ordinate with the developer and point the developer in right direction when it comes to analysing/fixing/changing of objects/events/exits.
  8. Should be able to communicate confidently with business and project management teams.
  9. Should be able to monitor, track and follow-up on open items (developments, fixes, queries)
  10. Familiarity with various Budget billing methods is very welcome.
