About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in networking technologies, security, and performance optimization. You will ensure our network systems are robust, secure, and scalable to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud network infrastructure.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, reliability, and availability.
  • Implement and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and outages, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support network-related projects.
  • Ensure network security by implementing firewall policies, intrusion detection, and access controls.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
  • Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and network risk assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-5+ years of experience in network infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
  • Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Wireshark).
  • Understanding of network security concepts (VPN, IDS/IPS, ACLs, SSL/TLS).
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network, Google Cloud Networking) is a plus.
