You will work closely with the development team to identify test requirements, create test plans, develop automated test scripts, and execute test cases. Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless operation and robustness of our software products.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and identify test scenarios for automation.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.Execute automated test cases and analyze the test results to identify defects or inconsistencies.Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and provide suggestions for improvements.Participate in the review and refinement of software requirements to ensure testability.Continuously enhance and improve automated testing processes and techniques.Contribute to the identification and implementation of test automation best practices and tools.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to QA automation.Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of QA experience, with a strong understanding of QA best practices.Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or CypressFamiliarity with API testing using a tool like Postman.Experience working with modern web applications, and are familiar with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, , ADO, GitHubExperience with programming languages, such as Javascript or PythonSolid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
