Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Advisor located in Chennai. The Legal Advisor will support the organization by providing expert legal counsel, preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards, regulations, and policies, and addressing labor and employment law issues. Additionally, the role includes providing solutions to legal challenges, representing the organization in legal matters, and advising the leadership team on various legal strategies and risk assessments.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Law and the ability to analyze and interpret legal frameworks and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in providing sound Legal Advice and identifying potential risks in compliance with laws.
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law and its practical implications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification; a postgraduate degree or specialization is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
