Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components within the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, architects, and administrators to implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate business requirements and UX/UI designs into high-quality, efficient, and maintainable frontend code.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
  • Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of Salesforce UI components.
  • Integrate Salesforce frontend components with Apex controllers, APIs, and external systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging frontend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 47 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce data model.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Experience using Git or other version control tools.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
