Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing. Experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to analyze complex datasets.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence techniques to enhance data processing and predictive analytics.
  • Apply natural language processing to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies in Medicare & Medicaid Claims data.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing rigorous data cleaning and preprocessing.
  • Create detailed documentation of methodologies processes and findings for future reference.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
  • Optimize existing models and algorithms to improve performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and advanced techniques.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in machine learning artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
  • Have extensive experience working with Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Show strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Possess a solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Be familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data science projects.
  • Show the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Hold a relevant certification in data science or machine learning.
