Estimation Engineer-HVAC

Job Description: HVAC BOQ Estimation Engineer Position - Overview We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC BOQ Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of professional expertise in the field.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), developing cost estimates, and generating competitive quotations for HVAC projects.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to align estimations with project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities -

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC systems based on project drawings, specifications, and standards.

Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.

Prepare and submit quotations in line with company policies and client expectations. Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to validate estimates and quotations.

Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and sourcing strategies.

Maintain updated knowledge of HVAC technologies, materials, and industry standards. Support project managers and senior leadership in bid evaluations and negotiations.

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
