Job Summary ( Senior Operations Manager- Education Counsellor.)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager to support the execution and management of our career counselling programs across schools in India. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Indian education system and board examination structures, excellent communication skills in multiple languages, and hands-on experience in logistics, client servicing, and internal operations within an educational or coaching setup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Execution & Implementation

Support in implementing career counselling programs in partner schools.

Design customized implementation plans for each school in alignment with academic schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams, school coordinators, and external vendors for timely setup and execution.

Handle on-site logistics including lab setup, program material delivery, and troubleshooting.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the first point of contact for schools and district officials during program implementation.

Manage client expectations, address queries, and ensure consistent follow-up.

Lead efforts on program status tracking and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.

Support in MOU renewal strategy and long-term engagement planning with institutions.

3. Operations & Logistics

Collect and compare quotations from vendors for printing, stickering, lab setups, etc.

Oversee payments handling (invoices, follow-ups, receipts) and vendor coordination.

Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of program materials and vendor records.

Contribute to internal operations and administrative processes for smooth field execution.

4. Travel & On-ground Support

Willingness to travel extensively across South India for on-ground implementation and relationship building.

Provide field support during major events, training sessions, and lab installations.

5. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred fields: Education, Management, Operations, or similar).

2 to 5 years of experience in educational operations, coaching/branch management, or related ed-tech roles.

Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, and state board structures in India.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus and preferred ).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy; proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.

Salary : Up to 6 Lakhs per annum

Experience: 2-5 years

Timings : 10 am to 6pm ( General shift full time job)

Language : TAMIL & ENGLISH ( Mandatory )

Travelling Allowance Will be provided .
