Interior Project Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

A. Project Initiation & Communication

· Create and manage official WhatsApp groups at the start of every project, including the client, architect (if applicable), CRM, sales team, and internal stakeholders.

· Maintain transparent and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle, including daily updates in WhatsApp groups.

B. Site Measurement & Drawings

· Conduct initial site visits to take accurate measurements and prepare detailed drawings essential for the 3D designer's understanding of the project.

· Conduct additional site visits whenever the 3D designer requires further clarity.

· Finalise 3D designs after discussions with the client and communicate revisions or changes to the 3D designer promptly.

· Coordinate with the 2D designer for production drawings and cutting lists.

C. Project File Management

· Maintain a well-structured project folder for each project including quotation, detailed drawings, 3D designs, production drawings, approvals, and other relevant documents.

· Hand over the completed project file to the production manager and coordinate with production, interior, and machine supervisors for smooth progression.

D. Production & Site Coordination

· Coordinate timely communication between production teams and site teams regarding reworks, additional works, steel works, paint works, etc.

· Handle end-to-end site coordination including labour management, accommodation, electricity supply, and other required amenities.

· Ensure damage-free handling of all materials and products at the site.

· Explain approved drawings to senior site fitters and monitor work progress daily.

· Ensure quality execution without compromise in workmanship standards.

· Maintain a project checklist to ensure all aspects are thoroughly verified.

E. Client Handling & Handover

· Provide detailed explanations to clients on product usage, maintenance and address client queries professionally.

· Complete final project handover along with updated files and all supporting documents.

Ensuring creation of groups, timely updates, well-maintained files, and clear stakeholder communication.

Accurate site measurement, clarity to designers, proper revisions communication, and approval tracking.

Smooth workflow between production teams, site fitters, supervisors, ensuring timely material flow.

D. Project Execution & Quality Control

Monitoring site progress, adhering to quality standards, avoiding material damages.

E. Client Satisfaction & Project Handover

Client communication, query handling, and smooth project closure with complete documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

A. Project Communication & Documentation

· WhatsApp group creation within 24 hours of project confirmation.

· Daily project updates shared 100% consistently.

· Project file completeness: 95–100% accuracy.

B. Site Measurement & Drawings

· Accuracy of measurements: Zero major discrepancies reported.

· Turnaround time for initial detailed drawings: 2–3 working days after site visit.

· 3D design finalisation timeline adherence: 90% on-time approvals.

C. Production & Site Coordination

· On-time coordination of production drawings/cutting lists: 100%.

· Rework occurrence due to coordination gaps: Less than 5%.

· Site progress adherence to weekly plan: 90% on schedule.

D. Quality & Material Handling

· Material damage incidents: Zero avoidable damages.

· Quality compliance score (internal QC checklist): Minimum 95%.

E. Client Handling & Handover

· Client satisfaction feedback: 4/5 or above.

· Timely final handover within 48 hours after project completion.

· Zero escalations due to communication gaps or delays.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
