JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-driven Sr.Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving business processes, managing end-to-end project delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both business analysis and project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Balsamiq).
  • Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES

Sr.Business Analysis

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Project Management

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and risk logs.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.
