Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PPQM Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will lead SAP implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into SAP solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations and rollouts of SAP PP and QM modules.
  • Conduct business requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Configure SAP PP and QM modules, including master data, work centers, routings, inspection plans, quality notifications, and control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, WM, SD, PM, etc.) for integrated solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, and reports.
  • Support data migration, testing, training, and cutover activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for existing SAP PP/QM environments.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Act as a mentor to junior consultants or client team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP PP and QM experience.
  • Strong expertise in discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of shop floor control, MRP, capacity planning, and quality inspections.
  • Experience in S/4HANA is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in writing functional specs for ABAP developments.
  • Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, WM, and PM.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
