Job Title – Staff Software Developer

Location – Bengaluru, Hybrid

You'll play a central role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative service management solutions for hundreds of enterprise customers worldwide. What you'll do:

  • Lead technical direction and strategy on high-impact, global projects.
  • Mentor and coach a talented group of engineers, sharing your expertise.
  • Partner with cross-country teams to set goals, outcomes, and timelines.
  • Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale distributed SaaS applications using cloud-native services.
  • Build robust, secure code using C#, .NET, and MS SQL.
  • Deliver quality code with automated unit and integration tests.
  • Advise on best practices, cloud architecture, and service management innovation.

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of full stack development experience (C#, .NET, MS SQL, Microsoft Tech Stack).
  • Proven track record building enterprise-grade cloud SaaS solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience designing and migrating distributed applications for the cloud.
  • Hands-on knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver independently and in teams.
  • Bonus points for ITIL or service management/business exposure.
  • Experience modernizing .NET applications and building single-page apps (MVC, responsive design) is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with OWASP or similar security best practices is a plus.
  • Passion for inclusive teamwork and adapting in a global environment.
