Responsible for managing and maintaining the Zoho CRM system for the solar sales team. The role ensures accurate data entry, lead tracking, sales funnel monitoring, and timely reporting to support sales operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Management

  • Maintain and update all leads, deals, and client data in Zoho CRM.
  • Ensure accuracy of information across stages (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order).
  • Assign and track leads to respective sales engineers or managers.
  • Monitor follow-ups, reminders, and task completion through Zoho dashboards.
  • Regularly clean and validate data to remove duplicates or inactive leads.

2. Coordination with Sales Team

  • Support sales executives by updating proposal details, project status, and client communication logs.
  • Track quotation submissions, order closures, and incentive-linked performance data.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports from CRM.
  • Act as point of contact between CRM operations and field sales team.

3. Reports & Analytics

  • Prepare lead conversion, pipeline, and forecast reports.
  • Share MIS dashboards with Sales Head and Management on defined frequency.
  • Highlight inactive or lost leads and follow up for closure reasons.

4. System Optimization & Support

  • Work with the Zoho vendor/IT team for workflow automation, report customization, and issue resolution.
  • Train new team members on CRM usage and process flow.
  • Ensure integration between CRM and marketing tools (email campaigns, website leads, etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience in
    Zoho CRM
    (Lead Management, Workflow, Reports).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Accuracy in data entry and report handling.
  • Good understanding of
    solar industry sales cycle
    preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Engineering, or Business).
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Sales coordination, preferably in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC.
