We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/ Virtual Assistant to support the administration of a commercial properties / Tenant. This role combines tenant administration, bookkeeping, and financial tracking. You will handle invoicing, rent collection, bank reconciliation, and maintain records of tenant insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain tenant records and insurance details.
  • Chase overdue rent and issue invoices.
  • Reconcile property bank accounts.
  • Record and track expenses and income.
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports.
  • Assist with ad hoc property admin tasks.
  • Good written communication skills for tenant correspondence
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
  • Update spreadsheets / databases for leases, payments and communications
  • Liaise with you for urgent matters or approvals.
  • Track payments to service providers and vendors
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth property operations

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years Australian bookkeeping experience, preferably in property management.
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills (Xero).
  • Excellent communication skills via email/chat.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work remotely.
  • Experience with rent collection and reconcile multiple entities
  • Attention of detail critical for leases, insurance and financials.
