• Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, making menu recommendations, and processing payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Workstation Maintenance: Keeping the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Health and Safety: Following all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and restocking supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and other ingredients.
• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operating coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
• Customer Focus: A passion for customer service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and engaging with both new and regular customers.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating espresso machines and grinders, knowledge of different brewing methods, and the ability to follow recipes.
• Communication Skills: Effectively interacting with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment.
• Attention to Detail: Accurately handling orders, managing inventory, and ensuring beverage quality.
• Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and serving customers in a timely manner.
