Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule production activities for motor assembly to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to machines, equipment breakdowns, and process inefficiencies.
  • Ensure proper setup and calibration of machines and equipment for each production run to maintain consistent quality.
  • Monitor product quality through regular inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.
  • Lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain safety standards and implement 5S practices in the production area.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in electric motor component manufacturing (e.g., winding) or a similar industry.
  • Hands-on experience in assembly of electric induction motors (AC/DC), traction motors, etc.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality control methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/manufacturing software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.68 per month
