Job Description

  • Planning, designing & execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Having strong knowledge in social Media marketing, Google analytics, SEO, technical SEO
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Use of analytical tools to measure traffic & improve presence on the web
  • Developing keywords/search word strategy for optimising presence on SERPS
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  • Good knowledge of web designing & development
  • Implementing content strategy in cohort with content writer
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Working with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Monitor competitor digital marketing activity
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Strategizing and developing the social media calendar

Skills and Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in SEO but 5-6 years in the field
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing social media ad campaigns and measuring the results
  • Experience in email marketing and related tools like mailchimp, hubspot etc
  • Good attention to detail
  • Working knowledge/ understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Working knowledge/ understanding of wordpress
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good spoken English
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
