KeyResponsibilities:Develop and Update Training Materials: Tailor materials to different audiences to ensure relevance and effectiveness.Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging in -person and virtual sessions on optical products.Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the success of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.Support Product Launches: Maintain deep product knowledge and assist with new product introductions.Collaborate with Cross -Functional Teams: Align training programs with overall business goals and strategies.Create Training Documentation: Develop comprehensive manuals, guides, and resources to support ongoing learning.Monitor Training Progress: Track and report on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.Customize Training Programs: Adapt training content to meet the specific needs and requirements of different regions or client groups.Provide On -Demand Support: Offer additional support and resources to trainees as needed to reinforce learning.Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in optical technology and incorporate relevant updates into training materials. RequirementsQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Optometry, Business, Education, or related field.Experience: 3 -5 years in product training. Experience in any industry is welcome.Skills: Excellent communication, strong product knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to travel extensively.
