SL NO KEY RESPONSIBILITY of Spares & Asset MIS(align to the Organization's Objective – USOF OPERATIONS 1 Spares & Asset MIS will be responsible for Site Management, Fault reduction, Preventive Maintenance (DG, PIU, SMPS, Battery Bank, AC, Transformer), Infra Provider (IP) Management, Data Management, Customer Management, O&M Billing, Hygiene of site. 2 Ensuring alarm compliance at all the sites and monitoring these alarms for network uptime & energy cost improvement 3 Ensuring process compliance and periodic review of processes / audits for any improvement 4 Monitor O&M performance of all USOF against key metrics & capturing RCA for corrective actions 5 Materials management and reconciliation 6 SRN,ROM,MO&IR 7 faulty BB cell replaced 8 PR PO creation and invoice track 9 logistic responsibility 10 Material planning and installation 11 Monitoring the installation & fault repair works for the day to day activity 12 coordinating with technician and obtaining fault status reports for updates on daily progress 13 Undertaking audits for ensuring operational effectiveness of process compliance 14 Handling emergency circumstances and ensuring quick recovery from the same 15 Maintain the cycle of faulty and good hardware 16 Maintain DG PM Everymonth 17 Deliver great quality while staying within budget 18 Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance. 19 Ensuring correctly rated equipment 20 ensure use of PPE by self and technician 21 Support in regular training on ESH and ensure that safe practices are being following at site. 22 Site allocation, discipline management for technicians Experience LevelSenior Level
