Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with domain expertise in AEC. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape solutions that simplify complex engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Elicit and document business requirements through client meetings, workshops, research, and data analysis.
  • Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate domain knowledge into actionable insights for software development teams.
  • Assist in product roadmap planning and solution design.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and propose digital transformation strategies.
  • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
Requirements
  • B.Tech/M.Tech, MBA from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, IIMs or equivalent).
  • 2-5 years of experience in domains such as AEC, Civil Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of CAD/BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
  • Good understanding of construction technology and platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with software product development life cycles.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and digital engineering tools.
  • Client-facing experience or consulting background.
