Job Description – Graphic Designer

Position Title: Graphic Designer

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Location: On-site

Department: Design & Creative

Reports To: Creative Strategic Head

1. Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual designs aligned with the company's brand identity.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and design visual content for digital platforms, websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive design output.
  • Design promotional materials including banners, posters, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
  • Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos as required.
  • Keep updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

3. Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

4. Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

5. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a digital agency, IT company, or design studio.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, Canva, Figma, or video editing tools.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative design work across multiple media formats.

6. Compensation
