Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for our International Blended Process supporting clients in the USA region. This role involves both chat and voice-based interaction with international customers, ensuring seamless support and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat, email, and voice channels efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

  • Follow company policies, data security protocols, and compliance guidelines.

  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Collaborate with team leaders and trainers for process improvement and performance enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

  • Experience:

  • Freshers are eligible.

  • Candidates with 1 year any experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).

  • Good typing speed and accuracy.

  • Willingness to work in night shifts (USA time zone).

  • Strong problem-solving attitude, adaptability, and team spirit.
