Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in SAP ABAP to join our team.
As a key member of our development group, you will design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions, ensuring they meet the functional and technical needs of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop ABAP code adhering to SAP best practices and modern syntax standards
- Adapt existing ABAP programs to comply with S/4HANA requirements, including creating and managing CDS views
- Customize SAP standard functionality using enhancements, user exits, and BADIs
- Implement and consume OData services for seamless integration with Fiori applications
- Manage data exchange processes between SAP and external systems using IDOCs, BAPIs, and Sproxy
- Optimize program performance and troubleshoot issues using advanced debugging techniques
- Work collaboratively with functional teams to ensure alignment with SAP retail domain requirements
Requirements
- 4-9 years of experience in ABAP programming and development tools
- Knowledge of S/4HANA adaptation, CDS views, and handling SPDD/SPAU/SPAU_ENH
- Skills in enhancements, user exits, and BADIs for SAP customization
- Understanding of OData services and Fiori/UI5 technologies
- Expertise in integration techniques such as IDOCs, BAPIs, and Sproxy
- Proficiency in performance tuning and SAP debugging tools
- Background in functional SAP retail domain, HANA Repository, and HDI preferred
