Position-Senior Engineer- Solar Plant Performance Monitoring

*Experience-3-5 Years
Location- Gurgoan, Haryana
Operational Oversight:*
Manage and monitor the performance of solar assets using a prevention-by-prediction approach.

Ensure compliance with KPIs and mitigate operational risks.

*Data Management & Reporting:*
Own all asset-related data as a single source of truth for internal and external use.

Prepare daily, weekly, and portfolio-level reports including generation, curtailment, SCADA, performance ratios, and critical parameter analytics.

Track inverter availability and radiation trends to optimize energy generation.

*Digital Transformation:*
Act as a business translator in digital initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and value realization.

*Technical Expertise:*
Configure, test, and optimize Tier-2 SCADA systems for reliable monitoring and control.

Perform root-cause analysis of repetitive errors and recommend corrective measures.

*Stakeholder Engagement:*
Work closely with top management to align operational efforts with strategic business goals.

Address investor queries with clarity, backed by accurate performance data.

*Performance Optimization:*
Conduct PR, LPF, radiation, and contractual availability analysis to identify improvement areas.

Maintain accurate curtailment logs and generate insights to enhance asset utilization.

Configure, test, and optimize Tier-2 SCADA systems for reliable monitoring and control.
