Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative with a passion for B2B sales and strong relationship-building skills to drive growth in our Outdoor LED Solutions segment. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and help position GPS Group as a preferred partner for LED display and signage projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Outdoor LED and digital signage market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers.
  • Present and demonstrate Outdoor LED product solutions to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and design teams to create customized proposals.
  • Participate in project bidding, negotiations, and closing deals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in LED displays, signage, lighting, or related industries).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
