We're looking for a driven and resourceful Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator to join our team at 1881 Global Mobility, a New Zealand-based migration and recruitment firm. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling both employer outreach and candidate engagement, with clear targets and strong support.

ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on placement-focused. You'll be responsible for:Actively contacting New Zealand employers and recruiters across hospitality, construction, healthcare, and other sectors

Presenting international candidates for job opportunities (including follow-ups and interview coordination)Managing candidate pipelines and application readiness

Scheduling consultation calls and supporting end-to-end onboarding

Maintaining accurate records and reporting on weekly performance

What We're Looking ForExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate files

Self-motivated, outcome-focused, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven business

Proven ability to meet KPIs and targets in recruitment, sales, or a similar environment

Familiarity with New Zealand or Australian recruitment/immigration processes is a strong advantage

Prior experience in international recruitment, offshore placement, or education consultancy is highly desirable

Ability to work remotely and independently while being part of a collaborative teamA Bachelor's degree is required; a background in business, communication, or related fields is preferred

Postgraduate qualifications are a plus but not essential
