LLB from a recognized university

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Legal Recovery Mechanism

Hands-on experience in Write-off & Loss on Sale portfolios

Strong understanding of 138 NIA, 25 PASA, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, and Criminal Law

Willingness for field visits, police station follow-ups, and court appearances when required

Open to inter-district and interstate travel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive legal recoveries across Bucket X, 1, 2, NPA, Write-off, and Loss on Sale portfolios
  • Represent the company legally using Power of Attorney in court proceedings & repossessions
  • Manage and empanel state & district-wise advocates
  • Handle valuation, auction, and sale of repossessed vehicles (Sec. 9)
  • Conduct Lok Adalat, conciliation camps, and police complaints/FIR filings as needed
  • Oversee billing and coordination with legal vendors
  • Work closely with the Collections Team for recovery support and decisioning on LAP cases
