EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 TO 10 YEARS.

DESIGNATION: SENIOR EXCECUTIVE/ ASST MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: CRM

SALARY: AS PER MARKET STAND

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Welcome mail to the customers after sales booking.

· Coordinating with the Legal team for sale-deed preparation.

· Bank loan coordination.

· Oversee the collection of pending payments from customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of payment issues.

· Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and debt recovery efforts.

· Escalating & resolving the concerns as raised by clients.

· Ensure on time completion, comprehensiveness, and accuracy of all documents.

To maintain relationship with clients and coordinate on client queries post booking formalities till possession.

· Ensure regular monitoring of project, progress and update the clients on the same.

· To prepare various reports on daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly basis.

· Conduct business reviews to make sure that the clients are satisfied with the service.

SKILLS:

· Good communication skill.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good hands-on experience in excel formulas.

· Experience in real estate industry.
