YELL's year-round collections include Linen shirts, Kurtas, Trousers, as well as woolen coats and evening jackets during winter.

Your Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and design. You'll be responsible for crafting narratives that elevate Yell's perception, strengthen brand recall, and drive results through thoughtful creative direction.

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Brand Narrative

  • Define and evolve Yell's creative voice, visual tone, and storytelling direction.
  • Build campaign concepts, collect stories, and brand films that reflect Yell's world of mindful luxury.
  • Work closely with the founder and marketing team to translate brand philosophy into compelling content ideas.

Content & Product Shoot Direction

  • Ideate and plan monthly product shoots — including moodboards, shot direction, and visual storytelling.
  • Develop creative briefs for photographers, stylists, and editors.
  • Ensure every shoot captures Yell's texture, emotion, and elegance — from light to posture to tone.
  • Maintain a visual consistency across lifestyle, editorial, and e-commerce content.

Paid Ads Creative Strategy

  • Partner with the performance marketing team to develop creative concepts, ad hooks, and visuals for Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Craft messaging and creative angles for prospecting and retargeting campaigns aimed at HNIs and UHNIs.
  • Continuously analyze ad performance and refine concepts to balance
    emotion with ROI.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Create monthly content calendars for social and paid campaigns.
  • Conceptualize founder-led videos, brand storytelling reels, and behind-the-scenes narratives.
  • Oversee visual quality and brand tonality across all digital assets.

Creative Insights & Optimization

  • Use creative analytics and content performance data to evolve storytelling direction.
  • Test visual hooks, narrative styles, and campaign tones to identify what drives both connection and conversion.

You're Someone Who…

  • Has 1–3 years of experience in creative or content strategy — ideally in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Has a strong eye for design and composition — you know how to make things
    look premium without trying too hard.
  • Understands both brand aesthetics and performance psychology.
  • Can turn a simple product into a story that feels alive.
  • Is comfortable leading product shoots, briefing teams, and thinking like both an artist and a marketer.
  • Loves craft, culture, and detail — the kind that only shows when you care.
