About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled
QA Manual Engineer
with 5+ years of experience in manual testing of web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring high-quality deliverables by executing end-to-end test processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze system specifications, business requirements, and user stories.
  • Design, develop, and execute
    manual test cases
    for functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
  • Identify, document, and track
    defects
    using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Execute
    cross-browser
    and
    cross-platform
    testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform
    smoke, sanity, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
    .
  • Prepare and maintain
    test documentation
    – test cases, test scenarios, and test summary reports.
  • Participate in
    Agile/Scrum ceremonies
    (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Work closely with automation team to identify candidates for test automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    manual QA testing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    test management and bug tracking tools
    (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).
  • Good knowledge of
    SQL
    for database validation.
  • Experience testing
    web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API
    applications.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum methodology
    .
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
