The Deputy Manager - Learning & Development is responsible for leading workforce capability development initiatives. This role requires an individual with 3-6 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry who can strategically align learning programs with organisational objectives.

What does the job entail?

  • Program Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive L&D programs that meet the specific needs of the target audience and support business goals.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a recognized expert in the financial services and insurance sectors, providing valuable insights to the workforce.
  • Training Facilitation: Conduct all L&D programs with a high level of professionalism and skill, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement.
  • Industry & Professional Acumen: Remain current on the latest trends and developments within the BFSI industry and pursue relevant professional certifications to enhance expertise.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated seamlessly with business functions.

Work Experience

A minimum of 3-6 years of experience, with a significant portion in the BFSI industry.
