We are seeking a detail-oriented Brand Marketing Executive to support US-focused brand marketing across email campaigns, marketing asset management, content shoots, and offline retail execution. This role sits at the intersection of design coordination, timelines, and flawless execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns and brand assets to life across both digital and physical touchpoints.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
1. US Email Marketing & Campaign Support
- Plan, execute, and schedule US customer and retailer email campaigns, including one-time campaigns and automated flows.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Track email performance metrics and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers on offline retail marketing assets such as in-store displays, endcaps, PDQs, sidekicks, pallets, and other retail formats.
- Manage structured feedback loops between internal teams and external designers.
- Maintain final versions and repositories of all offline retail assets.
- Own the organization, maintenance, and version control of marketing asset libraries, including images, videos, and creative files.
- Ensure cross-functional teams have timely access to approved brand assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all shared and published materials.
- Coordinate PR-related deliverables with external agencies.
- Ensure all externally shared assets adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Support planning and execution of content shoots across online and offline formats.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a brand marketing, marketing operations, or creative coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail with a good eye for design and brand consistency.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers and cross-functional teams.
- Clear written communication skills, particularly when working with US stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on exposure to US-focused DTC brand marketing across digital and offline channels.
