As a Presales DWS in the Global Architecture team, you're at the core of one of the largest services in our global organization. As part of a small group of technology experts, you will identify, recommend, and implement innovative solutions and best practices to continuously improve, expand and protect our core server and systems supporting multiple large services and all our associates, worldwide. 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

As the Presales DWS , you will identify, recommend, and implement innovative solutions and best practices to continuously improve, expand, and protect our Core Infrastructure solutions, supporting multiple large services and all our associates, worldwide. 
Your experience in the IT Infrastructure industry will allow you to support migrations, integrations, and improvement projects, related to our Core Infrastructure Services to support the growth of our businesses through, for example, mergers  and acquisitions , Infrastructure modernization and maturity etc.

Job Description (JD) – Following are the descriptions of the requirements

- Expertise in Managing RFP/RFIs solutions lifecycle

- Perform Managed Services & Transformation effort estimations for Workplace services

- Build AI Infused solution and present to customers

- Expertise in DWS Solution Defense, Due Diligence, Assessment & SOW

- Expertise in building solutions for Service Desk, Deskside support, UEM, M365, VDI etc.
