Anaplan Model Builder

Location:Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Shift: General (IST Hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate requirements into robust Anaplan models and solutions.
  • Lead/participate in end-to-end Anaplan implementations, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure models are scalable, optimized, and aligned with Anaplan best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, IT) to deliver business planning solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, data flows, and integrations.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and end-user training.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 8 years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience.
  • Strong understanding of Anaplan formulas, functions, modules, lists, and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Anaplan implementations.
  • Familiarity with integrations (Anaplan Connect, APIs, ETL tools like Informatica/SnapLogic).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong domain experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Workforce Planning (any one preferred).

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder (mandatory).
  • Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder (mandatory).
  • Anaplan Solution Architect (preferred, highly valued).
  • Master Anaplanner (a strong plus).
